All our sessions take place on a Thursday evening at the Lenton Centre.

Session Times:
     - Rookie Lifeguarding: 630 - 730pm
     - Survive and Save: 730 - 830pm
     - NPLQ/NRASTC training session: 630 - 830pm
       (Only on the First Thursday of the month, advanced booking required)

All our sessions are pay as you go

Session prices:
     - Award session = £4 per person
     - NPLQ/NRASTC training session = £6 per session
