All our sessions take place on a Thursday evening at the Lenton Centre.

Session Times:
     - Rookie Lifeguarding: 645 - 745pm
     - Survive and Save: 715 - 815pm
     - NPLQ/NRASTC training session: 630 - 830pm
       (Once a month only)



All our lifesaving sessions run on a weekly basis in school term time and are paid for in blocks.
