All our sessions take place on a Thursday evening at the Lenton Centre.

Session Times:
     - Rookie Lifeguarding: 630 - 730pm
     - Survive and Save: 730 - 830pm
     - NPLQ/NRASTC training session: 630 - 830pm
       (Only on the First Thursday of the month)



All our lifesaving sessions run on a weekly basis in school term time and are paid for in blocks. Each block is paid for in advance before the start of the half term.

Block prices:
18th April – 23rd May (6 weeks) - £24
6th June – 25th July (8 weeks) - £32
5th September – 17th October (7 weeks) - £28
7th November – 19th December (7 weeks) - £28

CPD Training session price: £6 per person
